紅豆麻糬

內餡
紅豆1.5米杯
2號砂糖適量
原味麻糬
糯米粉3米杯
水2米杯
食用油適量
外皮
熟太白粉1米杯
[b]作法[/b]
1 紅豆內餡: 紅豆1.5米杯,加水蓋過紅豆,倒放一吃飯的碗,外鍋1米杯的水,蓋上鍋蓋,等電鍋開關跳起後,再悶2~3小時,將悶好的紅豆和水,放爐上加熱,直到紅豆煮至快沒水時,加入砂糖攪拌至泥狀,即是紅豆內餡

2 將步驟1紅豆泥,搓圓備用

3 將[原味麻糬]材料攪拌均勻,倒入電鍋內鍋,外鍋放2米杯水,蓋上鍋蓋,等電鍋開關跳起後,用筷子插入確認,若未沾粘,再悶10分鐘即可取出,若沾粘,則外鍋再放0.5杯水,再蒸一次,將蒸熟的麻糬放入加了適量食用油的耐熱塑膠袋中,用桿麵棍搗Q,待涼

4 炒鍋不加油,小火加熱後,將1米杯太白粉放入,不停翻炒至太白粉熟透,約10分鐘

5 手沾冷開水,將步驟3放涼的麻糬,取適量大小,壓薄扁圓狀,將步驟2的紅豆泥球包裹封口,外皮再裹上步驟4的熟太白粉,即可食用
