鬆脆薑餅人

食材 (3 人份)
黑糖70g
牛油100g
低筋麵粉150g
泡打粉半茶匙
玉桂粉2茶匙
薑粉2茶匙

作法
1 將牛油與糖打滑至淡白色

2 將所有粉類過篩


3 用手輕輕將牛油與粉類搓勻,不要太大力,輕力會令曲奇更鬆脆

4 將麵糰放入保鮮袋內?用手輕壓平,再放冰箱一小時

5 最後略為放軟便可以吸模,用170度焗15分鐘
