南瓜奶香湯圓

糯米粉500克
水150CC
南瓜半顆
糖適量
無鹽奶油10克
奶粉2湯匙

1 糯米粉加入150cc的水揉成顆粒狀

2 取一塊放入熱水中煮熟成為粿脆

3 這時步驟2加入步驟1揉成表面光滑的糯米糰

4 南瓜去皮用電鍋蒸熟後加入適量的糖,奶粉,奶油搗成泥狀

5 將南瓜泥分成一球一球先放入冷凍庫中冰鎮後會定型比較好包~將糯米糰搓成適合大小包入冰過後的南瓜泥
揉成圓

6 準備一個容器倒入適量的紅砂糖備用

7 煮一鍋熱水放入搓好的湯圓煮熟後撈起放入步驟6自然就會融化成糖水~這個方法很方便喔~可以省去熬煮糖水的步驟
