簡易起酥蘋果派

澤下課總是要吃雞蛋糕.每天吃都膩了.剛好家裡有冷凍起酥皮.還有蘋果.所以做了簡單的蘋果派給他吃

冷凍起酥皮3片
蘋果1顆
砂糖3大匙
蛋一顆
奶油1大匙

[b]作法[/b]
1 準備材料.起酥皮先從冷凍拿出來.退冰10分鐘.等等比較好操作

2 砂糖入鍋炒到溶化

3 變這個顏色後就可以放入切小塊的蘋果

4 等蘋果煮到變色後放入一匙奶油.增加奶香味

煮好的蘋果要先讓它變稍涼.才可以放在起酥皮上

5 蘋果放約2小匙.起酥皮周圍抹上蛋液.當黏著劑~

6 對折.壓緊~

7 再用叉子把邊邊壓緊~

8 中間用小刀畫開.等等烤的時後才不會爆開.外面在刷上蛋液增色就可以入烤箱

9 烤箱溫度200.烤10分鐘.....
