咖哩塊適量
腰內肉適量
咖哩粉太白粉蛋適量

1 鍋內加入水(適量)全蛋抓至吸收後加入咖哩粉、太白粉抓勻備用
肉我切片狀易熟快入味

2 馬鈴薯紅蘿蔔切塊備用

3 鍋中放入適量的水,加入切塊的馬鈴薯和紅蘿蔔,煮到五分熟時,加入醃好的肉續煮,五分鐘後加入咖喱塊,繼續攪拌至咖喱塊融化即可
