苦瓜佃煮

食材 (2 人份)
材料1
苦瓜280g
柴魚片1個飯碗
芝麻少許
日本醃漬梅子1-2顆
調味料1
醬油40ml
砂糖40-50g
酒30ml
味霖30ml


作法
1 先將苦瓜洗淨後,對半剖開,用湯匙將籽取出

2 將苦瓜切成薄片後用水川燙一下瀝乾水份備用.

3 將所有調味料,和梅子放入鍋子裡煮開後,再將苦瓜也放入

4 煮到水份剩約1/2-1/3時將柴魚片也放入,一直煮到水份收乾為止

5 煮好的苦瓜待放涼之後再放進乾淨的保鮮盒裡,放進冰箱,要吃的時候再用乾淨的筷子取出即可
