柳橙奶凍

柳橙汁400cc
砂糖50g
吉利T果凍粉10g
鮮奶140g
鮮奶油40g
作法
1 先將吉利T果凍粉、砂糖攪拌均勻。(使用前必須先與砂糖乾拌以避免結塊。)

2 取湯鍋倒入柳橙汁,以文火慢煮至溫度約80 ˚C ,加入步驟(1)攪拌均勻後,關火。再倒入鮮奶油和鮮奶攪拌均勻。

3 取容器倒入,待涼後,即可放入冰箱冷藏。
