瓢瓜炒蛋

瓢瓜600g
蛋2顆
蒜頭6瓣
鹽10g
干貝粉/雞粉10g


作法
1 蒜拍碎, 打好蛋汁備用, 蛋汁內可先放少許鹽及干貝粉調味, 瓢瓜去皮切片

2 熱油鍋, 將蛋炒至半熟後起鍋, 同鍋續放一點點油爆香蒜頭後, 放入瓢瓜及水蓋鍋燜一下較快熟

3 放入鹽及干貝粉調味, 同時加入炒蛋拌勻即可起鍋
