肉桂蘋果Dutch Baby

食材
低筋麵粉1/2杯
鮮奶1/2杯
雞蛋2顆
無鹽奶油1大匙
細砂糖1.5大匙
鹽1/4小匙
肉桂粉少許
糖粉少許
蘋果切片適量
作法
1 20cm鑄鐵平底鍋放入奶油,放進烤箱預熱210度10分鐘

2 攪拌盆裡打入兩顆全蛋,加入砂糖,肉桂粉,鹽 ,用打蛋器攪拌均勻並稍微打出些泡沫

3 再篩入低筋麵粉並倒入鮮奶,攪拌成麵糊 ,若是覺得麵糊太稀不夠稠 ,可再自行增加些許麵粉喔!

4 用隔熱手套將預熱好的鍋子拿出後,轉動鍋子讓奶油均勻分布, 從中心點倒入麵糊 放入烤箱以210度烘烤20分鐘

5 出爐後撒上些許糖粉及肉桂粉

6 再切些新鮮蘋果薄片擺上 即可品嚐囉! 完成^^ 我個人比較愛低筋麵粉的口感耶! 較為鬆軟些
