抹茶杏仁脆片

蛋白3個
細砂糖90克
抹茶粉1匙
低筋麵粉125克
無鹽奶油80克
杏仁片80克

1 準備材料,奶油先用微波爐微波1分鐘,融化備用

2 蛋白加細砂糖打均勻

3 將抹茶粉和低筋麵粉篩入蛋白中拌勻

4 倒入融化的奶油

5 最後加入杏仁片稍微拌勻

6 平鋪薄薄一層在烘焙紙上面

7 烤箱預熱170度,烤10-12分鐘就可以了,出爐後會變脆硬,待涼後放密封罐保存
